Although we are confident that our training approach can benefit everyone, we still encourage you to test-drive our facility before deciding if we are a perfect match for you. We offer everyone a One-Week trial run for FREE.

During this One-Week trial run, you have the opportunity to try out any of our classes and programs. We want you to meet our coaches and members while experiencing the different types of sessions we offer to help you decide what frequency and times work best.

  • Saturday (HIIT Class): 7:30AM – 8:30AM
3) Private 1-on-1 Training:
  • Limited availability. Please contact us for desired days/times

Pricing

1: Semi-Private (small group) Training:

  • 2x/week: $350/month ($43.75 per session)
  • 3x/week: $420/month ($35.00 per session)

2: Private 1-on-1 Training:

  • 2x/week: $640/month ($80 per session)
  • 3x/week: $900/month ($75 per session)

3: Group Classes:

  • Available for free when you sign up for either Semi-Private or Private sessions
