SUMMER PROGRAM Session Starts in July
Performance Training at Tone 2 Day for Youth
Our specialized youth performance program is aimed toward Middle School and High School kids ages 11 -18 and is designed to create a more mobile, stronger, faster and powerful athlete.
Each program will be designed specifically for each athletes training level, needs, and goals.
Each athlete will also see a transformation in body composition (less body fat and greater lean muscle mass), increased bone density, fortified ligaments and tendons and most importantly a decrease in injury.
$149 per 4 week session
First session begins Tuesday, July 9
Classes 11am-11:45am Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
