Well, here I go going on about nutrition and food again!
Let me explain myself a little bit.
Over the years of working with clients and on myself, I have discovered what truly works for a body transformation. Granted, this was with much trial and error and what I’ve concluded is that there isn’t a
one-size-fits-all solution – different people have different needs.
Whatever combination of approach you are using, here are the three things you need to know:
- Make sure that you are in a proper strength training program
- Eat small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism up and insulin steady
- Stay away from sugar in processed foods and alcohol for the best results
A Cheat Sheet to Help You Out
Now, I get it. Easier said than done. When it’s 2 p.m and you’re hungry or you REALLY want that donut at the office, it can be tough! But don’t worry – I’ve got the perfect thing!
Here is a low carb swap cheat sheet to give you some ideas for how and what to swap for the foods you are currently eating or carving. Have these prepped and on hand so that you’re not deprived of foods or at the mercy of eating out and eating unhealthy when you’re on the go. I would love to get some feedback on how this works for you! Hopefully, this can help you keep a cleaner healthier diet throughout the week.
