The #1 way to burn body fat is to choose to want to over all other things that catch your
focus and attention. We have a lot of stories and excuse and reasons as to why we can’t
reach our lean body fat goals. There is a lot of hoopla and scientific ways to lose body fat
and keep it off for good. That is not the problem and there is no #1 way that is better then
simply taking actions on the things that we already know.
We know celery is a better choice then donuts…
We know that exercise that makes us feel uncomfortable for a moment is a better choice then sedentary state…
We know that caring for ourselves instead of going to the ends of the earth to try to control another’s behavior and choices will get us the best fat loss results…
We have so many reasons that we think we can’t reach our fat loss goals that we are probably not aware of them all. The fastest way to become aware is to:
1. Document your self the next time that you are getting anxious or putting up a reason why you can’t do something.
2. Document your thoughts when you are in your bad mood, hiding away from life, and simply choosing to self- sabotage your efforts.
